Imagine having the best time at a party, then finding yourself in the back of an ambulance. That was me on my 40th birthday.
My sister died of health issues at 45, and my mom had a massive stroke at 52. Being a Bio/Chem Major, Lab Tech, and EMT, I had the knowledge to understand health risks, yet I ignored them. Scared that I would not be around for my kids, I started taking courses on health, wellness, & nutrition to make lifestyle changes.
Applying what I was learning to myself, I discovered a system which helped me find balance, lose weight with ease, add self-care into my life, and master my stress and overwhelm.
